By accessing or using Go Docman ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms govern your use of the platform operated by Go Docman Technologies Private Limited ("Go Docman", "we", "us", or "our"), including all features, content, and functionality made available through godocman.in and related subdomains.
Go Docman is a cloud-based project management platform designed for interior design firms, architects, and construction professionals. The Service includes: • Bill of Quantities (BOQ) creation and management • Document scanning and data extraction • Project budget tracking and reporting • Client collaboration and approval workflows • Vendor and supplier management • Storage and management of project files and drawings We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties • Notify us immediately at support@godocman.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered on behalf of a business entity must be by an authorized representative.
Go Docman offers various subscription plans, including a free tier. By subscribing to a paid plan: • You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan) • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems • Use the Service to store or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content created by Go Docman, is owned by Go Docman Technologies Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content, data, drawings, and documents you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Go Docman a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use Your Content for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that: • We process your data on servers located in India and, where required, other jurisdictions in accordance with applicable law • You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data of your clients or employees that you upload to the Service is collected and shared with lawful authority • You will obtain any necessary consents from third parties whose data you upload or process through the Service
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure. Go Docman will maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security of Your Content. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@godocman.in or through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if: • You breach any provision of these Terms • Required to do so by law or regulatory authority • Continued provision of the Service would create a risk to us or other users Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. You may export Your Content before termination; after 30 days following termination, we may permanently delete Your Content from our systems.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, GO DOCMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
