We collect the following categories of information: Account Information • Name, email address, phone number, and password when you register • Business name, GST number, and billing address for invoicing • Profile photo (optional) Usage Data • Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service • Device information such as operating system and browser version • Session timestamps and feature usage patterns Content You Upload • Project documents, drawings, BOQs, and invoices • Client details, vendor contacts, and financial records that you enter or upload • Photos and media files related to your projects Payment Information • We do not store raw card numbers. Payment processing is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner (Razorpay). We retain transaction IDs and billing history. Communications • Emails and messages you send to our support team • In-app feedback and survey responses
We use your information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service • Process transactions and send related information, including payment confirmations and invoices • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, important service updates) • Send promotional communications where you have opted in — you may opt out at any time • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on servers located in India (Mumbai region) by default. Some data may be replicated to other regions for redundancy in accordance with our disaster recovery practices. We implement commercially reasonable security measures, including: • AES-256 encryption for data at rest • TLS 1.2+ encryption for data in transit • Role-based access controls limiting who can access your data • Regular security audits and penetration testing • Multi-factor authentication support for your account While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. • Active account data: retained throughout the life of your account • Deleted or cancelled account data: we retain data for 30 days post-cancellation to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems • Billing records and invoices: retained for 7 years to comply with Indian accounting and tax law (Income Tax Act, GST regulations) • Support communications: retained for 3 years • Server logs: retained for 90 days You may request earlier deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
